These quick and healthy banana oatmeal cookies require just three simple ingredients and are perfect for a satisfying snack or dessert.

  • 2 pieces ripe bananas, mashed
  • 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips (plus extra for topping, optional)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, mash bananas until smooth. Stir in oats and fold in chocolate chips.
  • Scoop 1.5-tablespoon mounds onto the baking sheet and flatten into cookies.
  • Bake for 10–12 minutes until set and lightly golden. Cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a rack.

Notes
