These quick and healthy banana oatmeal cookies require just three simple ingredients and are perfect for a satisfying snack or dessert.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mash bananas until smooth. Stir in oats and fold in chocolate chips.
Scoop 1.5-tablespoon mounds onto the baking sheet and flatten into cookies.
Bake for 10–12 minutes until set and lightly golden. Cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a rack.
Notes
