Ingredients

Tortillas

  • 2 large flour tortillas

Chicken

  • 2 cups grilled chicken breast, chopped

Vegetables

  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 0.25 cup red onion, finely diced
  • 0.5 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 0.5 cup shredded lettuce or greens

Sauce

  • 0.5 cup creamy sauce (mayonnaise, sour cream, seasoning blend)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions 

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook chicken until lightly crisped. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Mix diced tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro in a bowl.
  • Warm tortillas until pliable.
  • Spread creamy sauce on tortillas, add chicken, vegetable mixture, and lettuce, then roll into wraps.
  • Toast wraps in a pan until golden and lightly charred, then slice and serve warm.

Notes
