Ingredients

Peach Filling

  • 3 cups fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Oat Crumble

  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, cold and diced
  • Pinch salt

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease four 6-ounce ramekins.
  • Toss peaches with sugar, lemon juice, and cinnamon; divide among ramekins.
  • Mix flour, oats, sugar, and salt; cut in cold butter until crumbly.
  • Sprinkle crumble over peaches and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden.
  • Cool slightly before serving; optionally top with ice cream or whipped cream.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a splash of vanilla extract to the peach filling.
