Ingredients

Protein

  • 1 lb large or jumbo shrimp (thawed, deveined, dried)
  • 1 Tbsp hot honey (Mike's hot honey recommended)
  • 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 lime juice of lime (about 2 tbsp lime juice)
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Vegetables

  • 3 cup shredded purple cabbage
  • 1.5 cup shredded carrots (about 2 large carrots)

Dressing & Sauces

  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil mayonnaise (or your favorite mayo)
  • 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp hot honey (or regular honey)
  • ½ Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp lime juice (from 1 small lime)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp kosher salt (more to taste)
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Tortillas & Toppings

  • 4 pieces tortillas (corn or almond flour)
  • to taste diced avocado, salsa verde, feta, cilantro, lime wedge (optional toppings)

Instructions 

  • Thaw, clean, devein, and dry the shrimp.
  • Marinate shrimp with olive oil, hot honey, lime juice, and spices for 10 minutes.
  • Cook shrimp in air fryer at 400°F for 5-6 minutes or sauté in a skillet until opaque.
  • Shred cabbage and carrots; whisk dressing ingredients and toss with vegetables.
  • Assemble tacos with warmed tortillas, slaw, shrimp, and toppings.

Notes

For extra flavor, add fresh cilantro or a squeeze of lime on top.
