Peaches

ripe peaches
(pitted and sliced into wedges)

hot honey

apple cider vinegar

red pepper flakes

Instructions
Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Cook chicken in a skillet until golden and cooked through, then set aside.
In the same skillet, cook peaches until caramelized, then set aside.
Whisk hot honey, soy sauce, vinegar, and red pepper flakes; add to skillet and bubble for 1 minute.
Return chicken and peaches to skillet, toss in glaze, and heat through.
Divide rice into bowls, top with chicken and peaches, drizzle with extra honey, and garnish with herbs and sesame seeds.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lime or a sprinkle of chopped herbs.
