Ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce (adjust based on spice preference)
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes

Rice

  • 2 cups cooked rice (white, brown, or cauliflower rice)

Vegetables

  • 1 cup broccoli florets (steamed or roasted)
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • ½ avocado sliced avocado
  • 2 tablespoons green onions (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)

Instructions 

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet, season chicken, and cook until golden and cooked through.
  • Combine honey, hot sauce, vinegar, and red pepper flakes in a saucepan; heat until slightly thickened.
  • Pour sauce over cooked chicken and toss to coat evenly.
  • Assemble bowls with rice, vegetables, and chicken; drizzle with extra sauce if desired.
  • Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds; serve warm.
