  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 1 tablespoon water

  • 4 cups cooked white rice, for serving

Instructions 

  • Chop broccoli, onion, and garlic; mix sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
  • Heat oil in a skillet, cook garlic and onion until fragrant.
  • Add ground beef, cook until browned, then stir in broccoli and steam briefly.
  • Pour honey garlic sauce over, stir to coat, and simmer until thickened.
  • Serve warm over cooked rice.
