A nutritious and delicious peach cobbler packed with protein, perfect for a healthy dessert or snack.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a small baking dish.
Add sliced peaches to the dish.
Mix oats, protein powder, almonds, coconut, cinnamon, vanilla, maple syrup, and butter.
Spread the mixture over peaches and bake for 25–27 minutes.
Serve topped with Greek yogurt.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a drizzle of honey before serving.
