A quick and flavorful sheet pan meal featuring tender steak, roasted potatoes, and green beans, perfect for a weeknight dinner.

steak (sirloin or flank)

baby potatoes (halved)

green beans (trimmed)

olive oil (divided)

garlic powder

dried thyme
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Toss potatoes with 1 tbsp olive oil, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper. Roast for 15 minutes.
Rub steak with remaining 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper. After potatoes roast, push them aside and add green beans and steak to pan.
Roast for 10–12 minutes until steak reaches desired doneness. Rest for 5 minutes, then slice and serve.
Notes
Use a meat thermometer to check steak doneness for best results.
