This quick and healthy tuna wrap is perfect for a nutritious lunch in just 10 minutes. Packed with protein and fresh ingredients, it's both satisfying and easy to make.
Ingredients
Canned Tuna
1canskipjack tuna, 5 oz (or yellowfin)
2Tbspgreek yogurt
½Tbspdijon mustard
½lemonjuice of lemon(about 1 Tbsp)
¼cupcorn
¼cupred onion, diced(about 1/4 of a red onion)
1Tbspdill relish (or capers)
½tspgarlic powder
¼tspblack pepper
¼cupshredded mozzarella cheese(or cheese of choice)
1wrapburrito-sized wrap (at least 10 inches)
Instructions
Drain the tuna and mix it with Greek yogurt, mustard, lemon juice, corn, red onion, relish, garlic powder, and black pepper.
Warm the wrap in the microwave for 10-20 seconds to make it pliable. Place it on a surface, add cheese at one end, then spread the tuna mixture on top.
Fold the sides of the wrap inward, then roll from the filled end to enclose the filling.
Heat a skillet with a little olive oil over medium heat. Place the wrap seam side down and cook for 3-4 minutes, then flip and cook another 2-3 minutes until golden.
Slice and serve immediately. For smaller wraps, divide the tuna mixture between two tortillas.
Notes
Use a burrito-sized wrap for best results. Feel free to customize with your favorite cheese or additional veggies.
