A light and nutritious chicken salad with a homemade ranch dressing, perfect for a healthy meal.

Dressing

Plain non-fat Greek yogurt

Instructions
Make the ranch dressing by adding all dressing ingredients to a jar, shake to emulsify.
Marinate 1/3 of the dressing with the chicken for at least 15 minutes.
Cook the chicken in a heated oil until golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
Assemble the salad by adding greens to a large bowl, top with remaining ingredients, then toss with the marinated dressing before serving.
