  • 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 0.5 Teaspoon Chipotle Pepper
  • 0.5 Cup Mild Red Enchilada Sauce
  • 12 Thin Corn Tortillas Corn Tortillas (or tortillas of choice)
  • 1.5 Cups Mexican-Blend Shredded Cheese

Instructions
