A vibrant and refreshing salad combining sweet mango, creamy avocado, and crisp vegetables, perfect for a healthy snack or light meal.

Ingredients

Fruits and Vegetables

  • 2 pieces Mango (chopped)
  • 2 pieces Avocado (chopped)
  • 2 pieces Red capsicum peppers (chopped)
  • 1 piece Red onion (chopped)
  • 1 piece Cucumber (chopped)
  • 0.5 cup Coriander (chopped)
  • 1 piece Lime (juiced)
  • to taste Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Red chilli flakes
  • a drizzle Olive oil

Instructions 

  • Combine chopped mango, avocado, red capsicum, cucumber, red onion, and coriander in a large bowl.
  • Squeeze lime juice over the salad and season with salt and red chilli flakes.
  • Drizzle olive oil and toss gently to combine.
  • Serve immediately or chill before serving.

Notes

Use ripe mango and avocado for best flavor.
