Enjoy crispy, flavorful potato wedges made healthier with the air fryer. Perfect as a snack or side dish!
Ingredients

Instructions
Peel (optional) and cut potatoes into wedges. Soak in ice bath for 30 minutes.
Drain, dry, then toss wedges with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper.
Arrange in air fryer basket and cook at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes, shaking halfway.
Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra crispiness, increase cooking time slightly or spray with additional oil before air frying.
