Ingredients

Potatoes

  • 3 medium potatoes (sliced into wedges)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for a kick)
  • 1-2 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh or dried parsley (for garnish)

Instructions 

  • Peel (optional) and cut potatoes into wedges. Soak in ice bath for 30 minutes.
  • Drain, dry, then toss wedges with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper.
  • Arrange in air fryer basket and cook at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes, shaking halfway.
  • Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra crispiness, increase cooking time slightly or spray with additional oil before air frying.
