Ingredients

Peaches

  • 6 pieces peaches, halved and pitted
  • 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups old fashioned rolled oats
  • ¾ cup whole wheat flour
  • 3 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • cups applesauce

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375˚F (190˚C).
  • Mix peaches with brown sugar, cinnamon, cornstarch, salt, and vanilla.
  • Combine oats, flour, brown sugar, salt, applesauce, and cinnamon.
  • Spread peaches in a skillet and top with oat mixture.
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes until bubbling and golden.
