Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a loaf pan with parchment or grease it.
Mash bananas in a bowl, then add eggs, Greek yogurt, vanilla, and salt. Mix well.
Stir in oat flour, almond flour, and baking powder. Gradually add milk and mix until smooth.
Gently fold in diced strawberries, pour batter into pan, and top with extra strawberries if desired.
Bake for 30–40 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of cinnamon or nuts on top before baking.
