A delicious and healthy banana strawberry bread perfect for a guilt-free treat. Made with wholesome ingredients and packed with flavor.

Ingredients

Fruits

  • 2 pieces ripe bananas
  • 1.5 cups diced fresh strawberries

Wet ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt

Dry ingredients

  • 2 cups oat flour
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1.5 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/6 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup milk of choice

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a loaf pan with parchment or grease it.
  • Mash bananas in a bowl, then add eggs, Greek yogurt, vanilla, and salt. Mix well.
  • Stir in oat flour, almond flour, and baking powder. Gradually add milk and mix until smooth.
  • Gently fold in diced strawberries, pour batter into pan, and top with extra strawberries if desired.
  • Bake for 30–40 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of cinnamon or nuts on top before baking.
