Ingredients

Dry ingredients

  • 1 cup Whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup Instant oats

Wet ingredients

  • 3 medium Mashed ripe bananas
  • 1/4 cup Pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut oil (Melted)
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking dish.
  • Mix mashed bananas, maple syrup, Greek yogurt, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract in a bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, combine flour, oats, baking powder, and salt.
  • Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
  • Pour batter into the baking dish and bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Notes

For added flavor, sprinkle with nuts or berries before baking.
