A fresh and smoky twist on classic Caesar salad with grilled peaches and crunchy croutons.

Ingredients

Fruits and Vegetables

  • 2 pieces Fresh Peaches (ripe and firm)
  • 1 head Romaine Lettuce

Dairy

  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)

Condiments and Sauces

  • 1/2 cup Caesar Dressing

Bakery

  • 1 cup Croutons

Instructions 

  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  • Wash, halve, and pit the peaches. Brush with olive oil and salt, then grill 3-4 minutes per side.
  • Wash and chop romaine into bite-sized pieces.
  • Mix Caesar dressing with grated Parmesan. Toss with romaine, grilled peaches, and croutons.
  • Transfer to serving bowls, top with extra Parmesan, and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon or a drizzle of honey.
