Instructions
Rinse the spinach, peel and chop the ginger, core the apple, and slice the cucumber.
Add liquids first in the blender, then layer in spinach, cucumber, apple, pineapple, ginger, lemon juice, and chia seeds. Top with ice.
Blend until smooth, about 30–60 seconds. Adjust thickness with more liquid or ice as needed.
Taste and adjust brightness with more lemon, sweetness with pineapple or banana, or zing with extra ginger.
Pour into a glass, add ice if desired, and serve immediately.
Notes
For a colder drink, add ice to the glass before serving.
