Ingredients

Vegetables

  • 1 piece romaine heart, chopped
  • 1 cup baby spinach, packed
  • 1 frozen banana, sliced frozen banana, sliced
  • 1 medium apple, cored and chopped
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon lemon juice
  • 5 to 6 leaves fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1.5 cups filtered water

Instructions 

  • Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
  • Pour in the filtered water.
  • Blend until smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
  • Taste and adjust lemon or mint as desired.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
