A delicious and visually appealing layered parfait featuring Greek yogurt, fresh berries, and crunchy granola, perfect for a quick breakfast or snack.

Instructions
Rinse berries gently and prepare strawberries if using, then set aside.
Mix Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until smooth.
Layer 1/4 cup of yogurt into each jar, then add 2 tablespoons of granola, followed by 1/3 cup of berries. Repeat layers as desired.
Finish with a layer of yogurt topped with berries, drizzle with extra honey or syrup, and garnish with mint leaves.
Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or serve immediately.
