These crispy, cheesy bread bites are infused with garlic and herbs, making them the perfect snack or appetizer.

Ingredients

Bread

  • 4 cups fresh crusty bread, cut into bite-sized cubes (French or Italian bread recommended)
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 0.5 cup finely grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions 

  • Cut bread into bite-sized cubes. Melt butter and mix with garlic, parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Toss bread cubes with garlic parmesan butter until evenly coated.
  • Spread on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy.
  • Remove from oven, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and serve warm.

Notes

Use day-old bread for better shape retention during baking.
