Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Pierce sweet potato and bake for 45-50 minutes until tender.
Slice open the sweet potato, add butter, and season with salt and pepper.
Mix garlic powder, parsley, paprika, salt, and black pepper to make spice blend.
Coat chicken with olive oil and spice mixture.
Cook chicken in a skillet over medium heat for 4-5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Add more olive oil and cook asparagus for 3-4 minutes.
