Ingredients

Meat

  • 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into 1-inch cubes

Dairy

  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, divided

Produce

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Herbs

  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions 

  • Cut steak into 1-inch cubes and mince garlic.
  • Season steak with salt and pepper.
  • Melt 2 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak in batches for 2-3 minutes per side.
  • Add remaining butter and garlic; cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Return steak to skillet, toss in garlic butter for 1 minute, then garnish with parsley.
