A flavorful one-pan dish combining seasoned ground beef, garlic, rice, and cheesy toppings for a hearty meal.
Ingredients

butter

shredded cheddar cheese

grated Parmesan cheese

garlic, minced

Rice and Broth

long-grain white rice

beef broth

Instructions
Heat oil in a skillet, cook beef until browned, then drain excess fat.
Add butter and onion, sauté until translucent, then stir in garlic and cook briefly.
Add rice, toast for 1-2 minutes, then pour in broth and seasonings. Simmer covered for 18-20 minutes.
Rest for 3-5 minutes, then fluff rice and stir in cheeses until melted. Garnish with parsley and serve.
Notes
For extra flavor, add red pepper flakes during cooking.
