Ingredients

Fruits

  • 1 cup strawberries (sliced)
  • ½ cup blueberries

Dairy

  • 1 cup full fat Greek yogurt

Grains

  • ½ cup granola

Instructions 

  • Mix strawberries and sugar; refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Divide half the strawberries into two glasses.
  • Add half the yogurt on top.
  • Add half the blueberries and granola on top.
  • Repeat layers with remaining ingredients.
  • Serve immediately.
