A refreshing and colorful frozen fruit punch perfect for hot days or parties. These individual cups combine fresh fruit and citrus flavors for a delightful treat.

Ingredients

Fruits and liquids

  • 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 whole fresh lemon (thinly sliced)
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 11 oz can mandarin orange slices or tangerine slices (undrained)
  • 8 oz can crushed pineapple (undrained)
  • 2 medium medium bananas sliced thinly
  • 1/2 cup frozen lemonade concentrate
  • 3/4 cup lemon-lime soda

Instructions 

  • Combine strawberries, blueberries, lemon slices, sugar, and water in a large bowl. Toss to dissolve sugar.
  • Add orange slices and pineapple; gently toss to mix.
  • Stir in sliced bananas to coat with juices and prevent browning.
  • Add lemonade concentrate and lemon-lime soda; gently toss.
  • Pour mixture into cups, leaving space at the top for expansion, and freeze.

Notes

Use fresh, ripe fruit for best flavor and color.
