Ingredients

Fruits

  • 3 medium fresh peaches (peeled and sliced)
  • 1 cup plain full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 medium banana (frozen preferred)
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons raw honey
  • ½ cup crunchy granola
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Optional toppings

  • chia seeds, sliced almonds, fresh mint leaves, extra fresh peach slices (as desired)

Instructions 

  • Peel peaches by blanching or hand-ripening, then slice. Peel and slice the banana, reserving a few peach slices for topping.
  • Add peaches, banana, Greek yogurt, almond milk, lemon juice, and vanilla to a blender. Blend until smooth, adding more almond milk if needed.
  • Pour the smoothie into a bowl and smooth the surface with a spoon or spatula.
  • Top with granola, drizzle honey, and add reserved peach slices plus optional toppings.
  • Serve immediately for best freshness.

Notes

Use ripe peaches for easier peeling and sweeter flavor.
