Ingredients

3mediumfresh peaches(peeled and sliced)
1cupplain full-fat Greek yogurt
1mediumbanana(frozen preferred)
½cupunsweetened almond milk
2tablespoonsraw honey
½cupcrunchy granola
1teaspoonlemon juice
½teaspoonvanilla extract
Optional toppings
chia seeds, sliced almonds, fresh mint leaves, extra fresh peach slices(as desired)
Instructions
Peel peaches by blanching or hand-ripening, then slice. Peel and slice the banana, reserving a few peach slices for topping.
Add peaches, banana, Greek yogurt, almond milk, lemon juice, and vanilla to a blender. Blend until smooth, adding more almond milk if needed.
Pour the smoothie into a bowl and smooth the surface with a spoon or spatula.
Top with granola, drizzle honey, and add reserved peach slices plus optional toppings.
