A delicious Thai dessert combining sweet coconut-infused sticky rice with ripe mango slices, perfect for a quick treat.
Ingredients
Rice

Thai glutinous rice

full-fat coconut milk
(13.5 oz can)

granulated sugar

teaspoon
sea salt

ripe
Ataulfo mangoes
(sliced)

tablespoon
toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
Rinse rice until water runs clear; soak for 4-6 hours.
Steam rice in a bamboo steamer for 20-25 minutes.
Simmer coconut milk, sugar, and salt until dissolved.
Fold half the sauce into hot rice; let rest for 20 minutes.
Slice mangoes and serve with rice; drizzle with remaining sauce and sprinkle sesame seeds.
Notes
