A rich, creamy sugar-free fudge perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth without the guilt. Quick to make using a microwave and customizable with your favorite sugar substitute.

Ingredients

Chocolate

  • 3 cups Sugar Free Chocolate Chips
  • 12 oz Evaporated Milk
  • 1 tbsp Monk Fruit (see post for alternatives)
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions 

  • Melt chocolate and evaporated milk in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  • Stir in monk fruit, butter, and vanilla until well combined.
  • Pour mixture into a prepared, lined baking dish and refrigerate until set, about 2 hours.
  • Lift the fudge out of the dish using the overlapping foil and cut into squares.

Notes

Using a microwave makes this recipe quick and easy. Feel free to experiment with different sugar substitutes for variety.
