Instructions
Whisk eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg; let rest for 2 minutes.

In same skillet, melt remaining butter; cook peaches with sugar, honey, lemon juice, and nutmeg for 5-7 minutes until syrup thickens.
