A vibrant and refreshing salsa combining sweet pineapple and mango with zesty lime and spicy jalapeno, perfect for snacking or topping dishes.

Ingredients

Fruits and Vegetables

  • 1 piece pineapple, peeled, cored, and chopped into small pieces
  • 2 pieces mangoes, peeled and chopped into small pieces
  • 1 piece red pepper, chopped into small pieces
  • 1 piece jalapeno, deseeded and finely chopped
  • 1 piece red onion, finely chopped
  • 0.5 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions 

  • Chop the pineapple, mangoes, red pepper, jalapeno, red onion, and cilantro into small pieces.
  • Combine all chopped ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Pour lime juice over the mixture and add salt, then stir well.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 5 days.
