A delicious and easy-to-make mango cobbler with a wholesome crust, perfect for a sweet treat or dessert.

Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

  • 0.75 cup Whole Wheat Flour (whole)
  • 0.5 cup Almond Flour
  • 0.25 cup Oat Flour
  • 1 cup Sugar (brown)
  • 3 tsp Baking Powder

Wet Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup Yogurt (thick)
  • 1.5 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Fruits and Topping

  • 1.5 cup Alphonso Mango (ripe) (peeled and chopped)
  • 0.5 cup Sugar (or jaggery powder, brown)
  • 0.5 cup Butter

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Melt butter in a pan in the oven.
  • Mix dry ingredients: whole wheat flour, almond flour, oat flour, and baking powder.
  • Add milk, yogurt, and vanilla; mix until just combined. Pour over melted butter.
  • Peel and chop mangoes, toss with brown sugar, and layer over batter.
  • Bake for 50-60 minutes until golden and bubbly.
