Instructions
Coat chicken with oil and spices; grill or cook in a skillet for 4–6 minutes per side, then rest and chop.
Blend cottage cheese, ranch seasoning, milk, vinegar, and lemon juice until smooth; thin as needed.
Assemble wraps: layer tortillas with lettuce, tomatoes, onion, avocado, chicken, and drizzle with ranch.
