Ingredients

(King Arthur for finer grind)

coconut flour

greek yogurt
(Fage 2% for perfect consistency)

vanilla

egg whites

Instructions
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, combine Greek yogurt, vanilla, and egg whites.
Pour wet ingredients into dry and stir until combined.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour batter to form pancakes.
Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden.
