Enjoy a cool, healthy snack with these easy-to-make frozen yogurt berry pops, perfect for hot days or a quick dessert.

Ingredients

Dairy

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (Plain or vanilla recommended)

Fruits

  • 2 cups Mixed berries (Fresh or frozen)

Sweeteners

  • 2 tablespoons Honey or maple syrup (Adjust to preferred sweetness)

Flavor Enhancers

  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice (Enhances berry freshness)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract (For aroma)

Optional Add-ins

  • 1 tablespoon Chia seeds (Optional for extra texture)

Crunch

  • 1/4 cup Crushed nuts (For crunch)

Instructions 

  • In a blender, combine Greek yogurt, mixed berries, honey or maple syrup, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and chia seeds (if using). Blend until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top.
  • Sprinkle crushed nuts into each mold or add on top before freezing.
  • Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
  • To serve, run warm water over the molds briefly to loosen and enjoy!

Notes

For a creamier texture, use full-fat Greek yogurt. You can also substitute honey with agave syrup for a vegan option.
