Enjoy a cool, healthy snack with these easy-to-make frozen yogurt berry pops, perfect for hot days or a quick dessert.
Ingredients
Dairy

Greek yogurt (Plain or vanilla recommended)
Fruits

Mixed berries (Fresh or frozen)
Sweeteners

Honey or maple syrup (Adjust to preferred sweetness)

Instructions
In a blender, combine Greek yogurt, mixed berries, honey or maple syrup, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and chia seeds (if using). Blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top.
Sprinkle crushed nuts into each mold or add on top before freezing.
Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
To serve, run warm water over the molds briefly to loosen and enjoy!
Notes
For a creamier texture, use full-fat Greek yogurt. You can also substitute honey with agave syrup for a vegan option.
