Ingredients

Fruits

  • 0.25 cup blueberries
  • 0.25 cup chopped mangoes
  • 0.5 cup sliced strawberries
  • 0.25 cup sliced kiwi
  • 1 cup clear Premier protein or coconut water lemonade, apple juice, or grape juice

Instructions 

  • Peel the mangoes and kiwi, then chop the kiwi, mangoes, and strawberries.
  • Fill the popsicle molds with the chopped fruit, making sure they are snugly packed.
  • Pour the clear juice or protein drink over the fruit in each mold.
  • Insert sticks and freeze overnight.
