A quick and flavorful pasta salad combining tender chicken, crisp greens, and creamy Caesar dressing, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Pasta

  • 2 cups cooked pasta (rotini or penne)

Chicken

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped

Greens

  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

Dressing

  • ½ cup Caesar dressing

Cheese

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Croutons

  • 1 cup croutons

Seasonings

  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  • Cook the pasta in salted boiling water, then drain and rinse with cold water.
  • Prepare the chicken by cooking and shredding or chopping.
  • Chop the romaine lettuce and any optional extras.
  • Combine pasta, chicken, and greens in a large bowl. Toss with Caesar dressing and Parmesan.
  • Top with croutons and season with salt and pepper before serving.

Notes
