A quick and flavorful sheet pan dinner featuring tender beef and colorful vegetables coated in a homemade teriyaki sauce.
Ingredients

thinly sliced beef sirloin or flank steak

broccoli (torn to a uniform size)

carrots (peeled and chopped)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Whisk soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, garlic, ginger, and cornstarch to make sauce.
Toss broccoli and carrots on a sheet, spray with oil, and roast for 10 minutes.
Add green beans and bell pepper, spray with oil, and roast for another 5 minutes.
Slide vegetables aside, add beef to the sheet, pour sauce over, and bake for 7 minutes. Broil for 3 minutes.
Let cool for 5-10 minutes, then serve over rice topped with sesame seeds.
Notes
For softer green beans, add them earlier in the roasting process.
