Ingredients

Chocolate

  • 2 cups sugar-free chocolate chips (milk or dark)

Cool Whip

  • 2 cups sugar-free Cool Whip

Instructions 

  • Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
  • Gently fold Cool Whip into the melted chocolate until just combined.
  • Line a small dish with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
  • Pour the mixture into the dish and spread evenly.
  • Freeze for at least 1 hour until firm, then cut into bars.
