Delight in crispy fried taco shells filled with creamy cheesecake filling and topped with fresh berries for a sweet, crunchy treat.
Ingredients
Dough and Filling

cream cheese, softened

powdered sugar

vanilla extract

Cool Whip, thawed

(rinsed and dried)
Tortillas and Frying

street taco size flour tortillas

(or cut to 4" rounds)

vegetable oil or shortening
(for frying)

granulated sugar

ground cinnamon
Instructions
Heat oil to 350°F (175°C).
Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth; fold in Cool Whip.
Fry folded tortillas in hot oil for 1-2 minutes until golden; coat with cinnamon sugar and cool.
Pipe cheesecake filling into cooled shells, top with berries, and serve immediately.
Notes
Serve immediately for best crispness; leftovers can be refrigerated for 2-3 days, but shells may soften.
