Instructions
Temper chocolate with hot cream, then whip to soft peaks and fold into melted chocolate.
Blend room temperature cream cheese until smooth, add chilled coffee, then fold in stabilized whipped cream.
Layer chocolate mousse, coffee mousse, and crushed cookies in glasses, chilling each layer for 15 minutes.
Pipe layers neatly, chill for at least 4 hours, then garnish with chocolate shavings, cocoa powder, or coffee beans before serving.
