Ingredients

Chicken

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 2 egg whites egg whites
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • Pinch salt

Instructions 

  • Marinate chicken in egg whites, cornstarch, and salt for 15-20 minutes.
  • Whisk honey, garlic, soy sauce, and black pepper; set aside.
  • Fry chicken in hot oil until golden and crispy, about 4-5 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
  • Simmer sauce for 2-3 minutes, add fried chicken, and toss to coat.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onion before serving.
