Instructions
Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
Season chicken with Italian seasoning, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Sear in butter and olive oil until cooked through, then set aside.
In the same pan, sauté garlic, then add chicken broth and heavy cream. Simmer until sauce thickens, then melt in cheeses.
Stir in cooked pasta, chicken, and pesto until fully coated. Serve hot.
Notes
For extra flavor, garnish with fresh basil or additional Parmesan cheese.
