A quick and flavorful one-pan meal combining ground beef, pasta, and basil pesto for a creamy, satisfying dish.
Ingredients

pasta (your choice)

basil pesto

heavy cream

cloves
garlic, minced

cherry tomatoes, halved

grated Parmesan cheese (plus extra for serving)

Instructions
Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside, reserving 1/2 cup of pasta water.
In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook ground beef with salt and pepper until browned; drain excess fat.
Add garlic to beef and cook 1 minute; stir in pesto and heavy cream, simmer 2-3 minutes.
Add cooked pasta and cherry tomatoes; toss, adding reserved pasta water if needed, cook 2-3 minutes.
Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted; adjust seasoning and serve with extra cheese and basil if desired.
Notes
Use fresh basil for garnish for added flavor and presentation.
