A deliciously creamy chicken dish with a sweet and tangy peach Dijon sauce, perfect for a quick dinner.

(about 3 medium peaches)

Dijon mustard

Instructions
Preheat a skillet with oil over medium-high heat.
Pat chicken dry, season with salt and pepper, then sear until golden (5-6 min per side). Remove and set aside.
Add butter, sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.
Stir in flour and mustard, whisk until smooth. Add peaches, broth, and half-and-half; simmer.
Stir in honey, return chicken, cover, and simmer 8-10 min until cooked through. Serve garnished.
Notes
Adjust sweetness with honey as desired.
