Instructions
Season chicken with salt & pepper, dredge in flour, then cook in oil until golden, about 4-5 minutes per side.
Remove chicken; melt butter, cook mushrooms with Italian seasoning until browned.
Add garlic, broth, lemon juice, and mustard; simmer until reduced by half.
Stir in cream, return chicken and mushrooms; cook until sauce thickens and chicken is cooked through.
