This creamy pasta sauce combines cottage cheese and Parmesan for a rich, protein-packed topping that elevates any pasta dish.

1/3cupparmesan cheese (grated)

Instructions
Cook pasta according to package instructions and save 1/2 cup of pasta water.
In a blender, combine cottage cheese, Parmesan, garlic, salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, pasta water, olive oil, and nutritional yeast. Blend until smooth.
