A flavorful rice dish with cranberries and herbs, perfect as a side or main accompaniment.

Instructions
Add butter to rice cooker and set to Cook. When melted, add onion and cook until nearly softened.
Add rice, stir, and cook until lightly browned.
Pour in broth, add bay leaf, cover, and cook until cycle completes.
When finished, turn off, remove bay leaf, fluff rice, and stir in parsley and cranberries.
Notes
Use fresh herbs for best flavor and adjust cranberries for sweetness.
