  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted and slightly cooled)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Cinnamon Swirl

  • 0.25 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 0.25 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

Cream Cheese Glaze

  • 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 0.25 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1.5 cups powdered sugar
  • 2-4 tablespoons milk or heavy cream (adjust for desired consistency)
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Instructions 

  • Mix softened butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon to make the cinnamon swirl; set aside.
  • Whisk dry ingredients; in a separate bowl, combine wet ingredients. Fold wet into dry; let rest 5-10 minutes.
  • Preheat a griddle to 350°F (175°C). Pour batter, drizzle cinnamon swirl, cook 2-3 minutes per side until golden.
  • Remove pancakes, keep warm. Prepare glaze by beating cream cheese and butter, then add powdered sugar and milk until smooth.
  • Stack pancakes, drizzle with glaze, and serve immediately.
